Pricing
Commercial Full day rate $1400, Half day rate is $700 plus travel costs. JPEG + RAW Image processing is billed at $75 per hour by our Adobe experts in our studios. We shoot on Full Frame Format cameras. Medium Format and the latest 4k Technology are available at an additional daily fee. Hourly rates available for smaller commercial projects, just contact us for details. We have hairstylists and makeup artists, and product stylists on staff for any commercial project.
Consulting Fee $250 per hour. Michael consults on studio design, recommending equipment, cameras, lighting, computer systems, software, art direction for a variety of commercial applications. Michael has worked on massive video production facilities design for 5000 seat arenas, to commercial product studio design for fortune 500 companies. Michael offers consulting, team training, architect design assistance, and is available for short and long term contract work helping companies build their own production studios for commercial uses.
Individual Session Pricing in Studio:{Individual sessions start at $250}. This fee includes the session in our studio which lasts about an hour, then we spend another 2-3 hours digitally processing your images with professional software for color balance, brightness & contrast levels, color toning, and digital license output to one of our online services and our exclusive PASS viewing APP.
Print package rates are available through our print lab, We offer PASS and White House Custom Color Labs, one of the finest print labs in the country.
Exclusively for our photo clients. The PASS cloud storage, (Photo Access So Simple) . All of your photos will have your own personal APP, with digital license file download of images, instant share on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest along with professional print ordering all included in your package.

For specific pricing on custom HD films, please contact our studio. We produce professional business, model, architectural, promotional portfolios ranging from $1000 for simple profile videos and ranging up to $20,000+ for more complex films.
Travel fees may apply for on location sessions.
Catalog & Product Photography – Product rates start at $150 base rate plus a $15 per item for most soft goods. Bulk product rates start at $10 per item for quantities over 50. Larger products require custom quotes. (studio back drops include 10 ft canvas colors, white & grey paper, and white seamless vinyl. Custom laminates, mirror and acrylics available. Custom set design available. Food styling available. We have 1 studios 15×15 with 10 ft ceilings, larger studio space is available by quote and are 20 x 40 with 20ft ceilings, grip truck rental available, lighting assistants, hair and makeup artists also available. Natural light studio and full studio flash systems available. Products are shot using a 21 megapixel camera using either macro or closeup lenses if required. Studio or editorial style photography offered.
Architectural / Industrial / Movie Stills Photography – Rates start at $150 per hour for daytime “available light” shots. Grip truck rental for more complex lighting shoots. We use the latest 30 to 100 megapixel cameras, several stock Canon professional lenses including 15 mm, 20mm, 24mm and tilt shift lenses upon request. We also have access to a variety of specific cameras depending on your requests. Image processing includes perspective adjustments, color correction, brightness adjustment and noise reduction using NIK filters in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom 4. Architectural photography requires additional hours for set up and lighting, charged at our base rate. After hours rates based at double time. Travel and destination shoots are charged at our day rate plus extra gear and lighting fees.
On Location Commercial Sessions / Magazine / Editorial – Rates begint at $250 per hour for the principal photographer, photographers assistants rates begin at $250 to $500 per day, hairstylist rates start at $100 per hour, makeup starts at $75 per hour. Some shoots require 2 or 3 assistants depending on the complexity of the shoot. Our standard location kit is included for local sessions. Additional equipment such at grip truck, tungsten lighting, profoto studio kits and studio space are quoted by the specific project. Day rate is $1600, half day rate is $800. Fees are charged for time on location, lighting set up, set test shoots, and set break down. Fees for image processing and travel quoted separately. Our standard location kit includes tethered camera to Macpro laptop, 1- 60″ Moon flash on c stand, 1- rim light flash, 2- wireless strobes, light modifiers, scrim, light stands with Canon 5d MarkIV cameras with assorted pro lenses. Location shoots may require lighting rental from the local area of the shoot.
Headshots – Our sessions are designed to help your career & promote yourself in the business, fashion and entertainment field. Rates start at $250 for individuals for an hour studio session. We have some very specific styles of shooting, and will help coach you to get the best looks from you. We want to capture who you are, and it takes a certain photographer that can capture you at your best. We shoot two set styles, one simple studio shot on a grey backdrop with our studio flash setup – simple, professional. Our second set is a lifestyle set using natural light and special lenses to create a movie still / editorial style. We suggest bringing at least 3 outfit changes, have your hair and makeup ready prior to the shoot. Our workflow goes about like this, we shoot about 150 or so shots, then we spend a day editing and narrowing the very best shots down to about 50 to 75 images. At that point we run a few sample effects on a handful of the best images. For more intensive retouching, we charge $45 per image. We want you to walk away with some intense, amazing headshots that will get you work. (For larger budget shoots, we can provide our hairstylist/makeup artist, and select wardrobe items.) Also included is your own personal photo APP that you can use to share your photos to anyone for up to 1 year.
Corporate Headshot Sessions– Begin at $500 which includes our location studio light kit and our principal photographer. Large office group shots start at $500 for up to 15 staff members. Hairstylist / Makeup artists are available starting at $75 per hour. Office sessions generally take from 1 hr to 3 hrs, they include a studio backdrop and a lifestyle setting. We require a space in your facility to set up our backdrop, as well as an area for the lifestyle sessions.
Licensing – Photography rights usage licensing available by quote per project. Limited rights use are generally included in our local sessions. National ad campaign usage rights may incur royalty usage fees depending on the contract agreement.

A La Carte Studio Orders – All of our sessions include A La Carte ordering online, where you can make online purchases with no minimum purchase requirement. We also offer several special offers available online such as 2 for 1 prints, special seasonal discounts on fine art cards and coffee table books. Each collection offers our complimentary online shopping cart for free for 30 days, with a wide range of professional print packages, custom coffee table books, announcement cards, and more. (extensions beyond 30 days are available at a nominal fee).
Permanent Archival Services- We offer permanent archival of you images for up to 5 years, so you can come back several years from now and place additional print orders. How’s that for peace of mind in case you have lost or damaged photos?
Catalog Design / Editorial Spreads / Look Books/ Photo Albums – We offer custom designed coffee table books. The studio offers several fine leather albums, and several modern style photography books custom designed with a very modern, elegant style. Our albums use the latest flush mount technology, offering 100 year protection for your most important images. Our modern coffee table books begin at $250 and range up to $1500 which includes custom design and layout with up to 40 images in a 20 page book.
Custom Designs through our online studio with stock pre-designs fees beginning at $25 to $250 for online coffeetable books ranging from $150 to $1500. All of our handcrafted albums and books are made of the finest materials using the best book binding techniques available in the world. If you are interested in a custom album or coffee table book, please schedule an appointment with us 2 weeks after your session and we will begin the design process.
Post Processing – Each image is post processed using the latest in photo enhancements, with basic retouching and color correction included for each final print selected. Additional retouching fees start at $75 per hour. The studio session is usually about 1 hour, sometimes less, sometimes more depending on how the session participants get along with the camera. After the session in about a week to 2 weeks, the studio posts your images online and sends you instructions through our online provider, www.pass.com. The studio generally handles all image proofing online, and let you begin to sort your favorite images for ordering and special order enlargements. I generally shoot about 75 to 100 images, and let you decide which you like. My goal is to end up with about 25 favorite images that you use for print orders, but I like showing you most all of the images that I shoot in the session.
{HD Cinema Films & Video Production Rates}
For specific pricing on custom HD films, please contact our studio. We offer business, model, architectural, promotional portfolios ranging from $500 for simple short videos and ranging up to $10,000 for more complex films. We shoot on a variety of professional format video cameras, such as the Canon 500c Cinema Camera, Canon 5d Mark IV, Canon 6d, Sony, Red, Panasonic and more.
The studio accepts both Mastercard and Visa, as well as personal checks. Each package and session must be paid at the time of the shoot. Any additional online purchases are available with online payments with your credit card.
We are not offering TFP sessions at this time.
