Small Group Photo Workshop:
Over the years we’ve helped many photographers go to the next level. We offer personalized “small group” and “one on one” custom courses for photographers and cinematographers who want to know more about the art and style of the professional photography industry. A lot has changed over the past 4 years in the use of DSLR’s. Michael Allen teaches one on one to help guide new and experienced photographers to chart a course through the world of professional photography, cinematography, and business. Spend the day with Michael in his home studio, sit back and work closely in a candid setting, and learn more about your camera. The first part of the day we will review and discuss the technical components of your camera, and the differences in equipment, and we will review the art and style of photography. We will review smart business practices and the role of social media. For the next part of the day, we will work with a live model experimenting with light, composition and style. Then, we will spend the last part of the day reviewing Lightroom techniques to help you bring out the best in your photos. Michael will custom tailor the day to fit your photography business focus. Bring your laptop and a version of Adobe Lightroom (LR trial versions available online if you do not have it) After the mid day shoot, we will head back to the studio and review and enhance images using LR workflow.
Cost: $250 ( includes Michael’s new flash workbook as a study guide, lunch and snacks – half day with one hour studio or location shoot with a model)
